Statement from Selkirk MLA Richard Perchotte on Critical Minerals Project in Selkirk, Hollow Water
SELKIRK — Richard Perchotte, MLA for Selkirk, released a statement today in response to the advancement of the critical minerals project in Selkirk and Hollow Water:
“Congratulations to the communities of Selkirk and Hollow Water First Nation, who stand to benefit from the years of hard work done by the previous PC government to bring critical minerals investment to Manitoba, reinforce our province as a leader in clean energy, and bring hundreds of new local jobs to the region.
“Rather than presenting any economic plans of their own today, Wab Kinew and his NDP showed up empty-handed, once again trying to take credit for PC initiatives.
“If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. It is clear that the NDP are planning to fail.”
